Living Pathways
Finding Your way:
A Hub for young adults to find
Clarity, Support, Purpose, & Joy
Feeling lost, stuck or overwhelmed?
You do not have to do your post-high school journey alone!
We are here to help!
Living Pathway is born of a simple truth in my heart: to live a meaningful and fulfilling life, young adults need a solid inner foundation of self-worth, clarity, and confidence as they prepare for the next chapter of adulthood. We provide practical guidance from experienced mentors who help young adults know and value their authentic selves, uncover their unique gifts, and chart their best pathway forward.
What are you seeking?

Non-Traditional Pathway
For young adults feeling overwhelmed, not seeing a path that represents their unique needs, we create the way.

Traditional/Gap Pathway
For students seeking an intentional pause before college to gain clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Post-College Pathway
For recent grads who feel disconnected from their career path and want to realign.
The Framework
We are grounded in the belief that true success begins with the whole person. Our purpose is to help young adults rediscover the joy of learning and creating from their authentic truth—honoring who they are and what they love. We assist them in cultivating the confidence to put what they love into action, by offering the essential combination of emotional empowerment and a practical framework for their next steps.
Our methodology is built on a structured, yet personalized approach:
We utilize a combination of our six core pillars, based on students needs, designed to help individuals recover their innate curiosity and discover authentic passions: Emotional Empowerment & Integration, Creativity & Expression, Nature, Practical Empowerment & Independent Living, Cultural & Global Exploration & Career Immersion.
We create experiences with real-world connections and meaning. Therefore, we utilize five learning approaches: Honoring Oneself, Community Connection, Curiosity-Driven Exploration, Foundational Studies, and Shadowing/Internships.
Integrative, Real-World Learning
Recovery & Discovery
We honor the whole person, meeting you exactly where you are—whether you're navigating burnout, feeling stuck, or simply searching for direction. You will recover your innate curiosity, uncover your gifts and passions - and find the confidence to take your passion and turn it into a career!
Individualized Plan
Because everyone is unique, we co-create a personalized plan that reflects your specific needs and goals. This living, breathing pathway evolves with you, adapting as your focus and passions become clearer. It is a flexible structure designed to keep you aligned with your mission and goals. Our program offers 3, 4, 6, 9, and 12-month options
4-Week Cycles
The journey is structured around 4-week cycles co-created by the student and their mentor, allowing for flexibility and deep exploration.
Consistent Mentorship
Living Pathways Mentors and students meet in person or by Zoom every week. Once students have defined their focus, if applicable, we support them by connecting with industry mentors and securing internships or job shadowing opportunities.
