Living With Purpose Mentor Collective

Living with Purpose Mentors are a group of authentic, compassionate, and soulful individuals desiring to support teens and adults navigating the modern world through the alternative approach of mindfulness mentoring. Teens and young adults, in particular, may need additional emotional support as the external pressures of the world can affect confidence and self-worth.  Therefore, we create a safe and supportive environment to reclaim self-worth through mindfulness principles based on unconditional love and non-judgment. It is truly our honor to assist in empowering our collective community to heal and thrive!

Welcome to the Living with Purpose Mentor Collective! Our dedicated mentors have successfully an intensive training program designed by our founder, Laura Mock, and each mentor also works within the Living Pathways Program. Together, they continue to grow and support one another through monthly continuing education sessions, fostering a strong community as we support others. It is our deep honor to serve! To learn more about the Living Pathways Program, please see our Living Pathway page.

Mentor

Meredith Luber

After watching the devastating impact the pandemic had on teenagers at her daughter’s high school, Meredith co-created the Zen Den at Hopewell High School: a safe space for teenagers to rest, reset, learn coping strategies, and be seen and heard by a caring adult. Through her interactions with teenagers in the Zen Den, Meredith reconnected with her lifelong curiosity of listening to people’s stories. Meredith combines her passion for teaching yoga and mindfulness, as well as witnessing and holding space for emotions and vulnerability, to help guide clients toward reawakening their self-love. Meredith often uses the soothing balm of walking and being in nature to support clients returning home to their most authentic selves.
